A fantastic and very professional service from Edmund at MEL. After major work in the garden it has been left in better condition than it was in the first place. He sets very high standards and achieves them all ways. The mess during construction was kept to a minimum and always left our home clean and tidy at the end of the day. I highly recommend him as the whole process has been a pleasure.

It is always stressful getting tradesmen in to do a job you have no understanding of. The first company we had in seemed to be charging an awful lot for only a small amount of work and somebody advised us to contact MEI. Edmund clearly explained our options for a sewage treatment system and took time to explain how they work. He recommended one in particular that would meet our needs, but also said he was more than happy to install any other we chose. The main bulk of his work is fitting units for larger establishments such as care homes, but he still installs in individual properties. He has a strong work ethic and just gets on with it. We had to go away for the last couple of days of the job and were thrilled when we returned to see he had flattened all the soil ready for the grass seeds – not part of the job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very professional and informative, Ed and his son did a great job installing a new septic tank for me despite difficult site access, they found solutions to complete the job. They were very sympathetic to the restoration of my garden and communicated throughout to ensure they left things as I wanted. Thoroughly recommend!

Edmund was a very approachable and personal guy who explained all our options and made a recommendation of which sewage treatment system would best meet our needs. His quote was highly competitive. A few weeks later he came and installed it for us, bang on schedule, with the minimum of fuss. He even put in an extra piece of armoured cable for some future electrical work, without charge. He left the site tidy, and the ground flat. I would highly recommend him.

Edmund made a fantastic job of installing a new small sewage treatment plant on our property after we had a nightmare with our old septic tank and drains. It was a very complex job that required some lateral thinking but Edmund came up with a great solution that met Building Control requirements. The standard of work is excellent and overall we are very satisfied. The price was as per initial quote despite several complications cropping up and Edmund worked through the biblical rain to get the job done. The area looks better now than before he started. Highly recommended.

Edmund replaced our old septic tank with a new sewage treatment plant to comply with the change in regulations. The job presented several challenges, one being that the area available to put the new plant was small and the area to where the treated water could flow into was not straightforward. However, Edmund navigated his way around these issues professionally and successfully. His work was excellent and to a very high standard. Building Regulations were very happy with his work too.
